About Growbig100

Growbig100 is a digital marketing and AI automation company. We build AI agents that answer, qualify and book customers 24/7, plus the automations, apps and websites around them.

We also run our own products: SomoySathi (WhatsApp AI assistant), LeadHuntio (B2B lead generation and cold email) and Nijer Jotno. We're a small team, so you work directly with the founder.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain n8n workflows (APIs, webhooks, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRMs)
  • Deploy and manage services with Docker on a VPS
  • Build internal tools, small web apps and features with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor)
  • Connect AI models (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) to real business workflows
  • Help maintain SomoySathi and client automation projects
  • Write short docs so others can run what you build

You should have

  • At least one n8n or Make workflow you built and can show (GitHub, Loom or screenshots)
  • Basic JavaScript or Python; REST APIs and JSON
  • Basic Docker and Linux
  • Comfortable using AI tools to build faster
  • Good written English

Nice to have

  • WhatsApp Business / Meta Graph API
  • Supabase or Firebase, Next.js
  • Freelance or client project experience

GTM engineering

Part of our work is building automated sales systems for LeadHuntio and our clients. If you've done any of this, tell us:

  • Data scraping: leads and company data (Apify, Clay, Python, browser automation)
  • ICP building: define the ideal customer, then find and enrich those leads
  • Automated outbound workflows: lead → enrich → personalise → send → follow-up → CRM
  • AI agent building: agents that research, write, qualify or reply on their own
